Barcelona
Barcelona is located on the northeast coast of the Iberian Peninsula, facing the Mediterranean Sea and has a Mediterranean climate. This means it has long summers and mild winters. Usually the first days in March start with temperatures above 20 degrees, while those temperatures can last until the end of November. The hottest months are July and August.
I’ve been in Barcelona for a couple of times and I think it’s one of the most fun cities of Europe. Is it not for Gaudi, it’s for strolling along the Ramblas or through the old harbor streets of Barcelona where you can eat delicious tapas. And if that’s not enough, as a soccerfan you can of course visit Camp Nou or enjoy a day at the beach.
